They have taken their lovely bold and exquisite cocoa, added a naturally caramelly unrefined organic panela cane sugar and have seasoned it with pink lake salt. It is smooth and utterly delicious.
We are blessed to have one of the world's tastiest, and without a doubt, prettiest, salt sources in our backyard. The Dimboola Pink Lake salt in strikingly pink. Fed by an ancient aquifer, its unique blend of minerals gives it a wonderful well-rounded complex flavour.
