This coffee proceeded by Daurfusu group, comprises of 37 farmers. The group is led by Simiao Pedro De Deus, a respected figure among the coffee community, and a skilled producer. in 2019 Simiao placed in the top 10 finish of the best harvest of Timor competition. 

These cherries are pulped using a traditional, locally produced method, made from gum-wood and hammered tin, before being delivered to Lutlala washing station.
