Produced in Planadas, Tolima, El Indio is the end result of an ongoing program by the ASOPEP cooperative. The Co-op has constructed a purpose built facility, designed specifically for processing natural coffees, as most producers didn’t have the appropriate infrastructure to process them on their individual farms. The end result is a natural coffee worth raving about.
