Masala Chai is the traditional black chai tea recipe handed down from past generations with a full bodied kick of spices to dazzle the taste buds and tantalise the mind.

How To Brew:

Boil fresh water to 90°c.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.

Infusion time: 3 - 5 min. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
