The Trial Pack
Two blends and a single origin: Church Street, Old Mill, and India Tiger Mountain.
The natural starting point if she's new to specialty, or the easy choice if she likes a
familiar lineup.

Black Coffee Drinker
Two single origins and a blend: India Tiger Mountain, our rotating Roaster's Pick
single origin, and Church Street. For the coffee drinker who takes it neat.

What's in each blend:
Church Street, 250g — Our cult-favourite house blend. Cherry, apricot, hazelnut,
milk chocolate. The all-day everyday.

Old Mill, 250g — An award-winning dark roast that refuses to be bitter. Dark
cocoa with malt and stone fruit underneath. For the strong-coffee crew. (Milk Coffee pack only.)

India Tiger Mountain, 250g — A single origin grown under shade trees in the
Western Ghats. Chocolate, peanuts, orange acidity, butter. A staff favourite, with
a portion of every bag going toward Tiger conservation.

Roaster's Pick Single Origin, 250g — Whatever single origin we're roasting right
now. Often a seasonal release, sometimes a special lot. Always something worth
pouring black. (Black Coffee Drinker only.)
